I mostly use my mobile device to surf online. I want to continue to use online banking for managing my finance.

The ideation process is best performed in a team, where all people can collaborate and express ideas freely. The team should be cross-disciplinary, at best. Techniques to be used: Worst Possible Idea (to break the ice), Brainstorm, Braindumping, Brainwriting, and more. At the first stage of ideation “no” or “I don’t agree” are prohibited phrases. We are looking for quantity over quality at first and we don’t judge. At the second stage of ideation, we need to pick ideas or parts of ideas to work on with and to test in the next design state.
